Institutional performance indicators aim to monitor the progress of quality data and to continuously improve them. Each institution can define indicators to be used in the preparation of studies and reports for internal and external evaluation, in the formulation of a strategy and targets for quality assurance and, more generally, in decision-making on its development in areas requiring improvement.
In addition to the indicators defined by each institution, the HAHE provides a Quality Indicators Manual, which captures the performance of institutions in the following academic entities/units:
- Institution Indicators
- Departmental Indicators
- Indicators of Undergraduate Studies Programmes
- Indicators of Postgraduate Studies Programmes
- Indicators of Doctoral Studies Programmes
The "Quality Indicators" which have been developed, present the performance of academic units in 5 areas:
- Teaching work
- Research and innovation
- Funding
- Human resources
- Infrastructure and services
In summary, the Quality Indicators defined by HAHE, according to the latest manual (v.1.04.000), are available in pdf format
